Over 20 Years of Experience, Backed by the Right Kind of Support

With over two decades in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry, I've had the privilege of partnering with more than 3,000 businesses across diverse sectors. This extensive experience has equipped me to understand the unique challenges organizations face in managing their workforce.

Today, I’m part of the team at Helpside, where I bring that experience into a model designed to be straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with.

​

The best way to understand that is through the people I’ve worked with.

There’s a tool & die shop in Grand Junction that had been doing things their way for over four decades. The CFO had managed workers’ comp and benefits himself for 41 years—and ran a tight ship. I wasn’t sure he’d see the value in working with a PEO.

​

But they were running into a real challenge: they couldn’t consistently hire or retain the level of talent they needed. Their hiring process was slow, and their benefits weren’t competitive enough to keep people long-term.

​

Together, we made a few key changes—streamlining their hiring process, strengthening their benefits package, and identifying savings in their workers’ comp program that freed up resources for growth. Compliance also became much easier to manage.

​

About six months in, the CFO sent me a photo of the Taj Mahal and said PEO was “the best room in the house—the room for improvement.”

I fell in love with Colorado on a family trip when I was eight years old—and never looked back. At 17, I hitchhiked here from Minnesota and spent my first summer living in a tent on Lake Dillon. I worked at Keystone and Copper in those early years, then served three years in the Army before graduating from CU and making my way back to the place I knew was home.

​

Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, camping, fishing—you name it, I’m out there soaking up the beauty of this place every chance I get. It’s a true joy to live in Colorado and to support the business owners who keep its communities thriving.
